 GNLD's Vitamin E delivers balanced ratios of the eight primary compounds of tocopherols and tocotrienols that make up the whole vitamin E family, as they occur naturally in food. Each capsule contains 200 I.U. vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol) Dosage: 1 capsule daily. Rich complex of naturally occuring vitamin E. Protects unsaturated fatty acids and vitamin A against oxidation in the body. Functions as a tissue antioxidant thereby keeping cells healthy.
