GNLD's pure, concentrated ingredients for Omega-3 capsules are obtained only from the edible portion of the salmon. These fish, which swim in very cold waters, have been found to yield particularly high levels of important omega-3 fatty acids, namely Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) and Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA). Supplementation with omega-3 fatty acids in the western diet has proved very beneficial. Each 500mg capsule of salmon oil contains 55mg EPA and 45mg DHA.
